01 Acceptance of terms

02 Payments and refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued for any billing period, whether partial or complete.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation only affects future billing cycles.

• Access to paid content continues until the end of your current billing period.

• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable regardless of usage.

03 Limitation of liability

Nicolas Fleury Leadership International and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services or content.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Your use of our platform and services is at your own risk.

04 Governing law

These Terms of Service, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them or the use of the Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Geneva, Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to the arbitration provisions below, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

05 Arbitration and waiver of jury trial

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court — except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Geneva, Switzerland, in accordance with the rules of a nationally recognised arbitration provider as mutually agreed upon by the parties.

06 Class action waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings — whether in arbitration or otherwise — shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, collective, or representative action.

You waive any right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against Nicolas Fleury Leadership International.

07 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nicolas Fleury Leadership International, its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• User of services: your access to or use of the Services.

• Terms violation: Your violation of these Terms of Service.

• Legal violation: Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

• IP infringement: our infringement or misappropriation of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

Nicolas Fleury Leadership International reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate fully in asserting any available defences.

All content on nicolasfleury.swiss and theunstandardized.com — including articles, research documents, interviews, images, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Nicolas Fleury Leadership International or its licensors. Without express written permission, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Copying or reproduction: Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any content.

• Redistribution: Redistribute, republish, or share content with third parties.

• Commercial use: Use content for commercial purposes.

• Derivative works: Create derivative works based on our content.

• Credential sharing: Share login credentials or provide access to others.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund, and may subject you to legal action for damages and enforcement of intellectual property rights.

09 Termination

Nicolas Fleury Leadership International reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund of subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to access paid content ceases immediately.

10 Disclaimer of warranties

Our services and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Nicolas Fleury Leadership International makes no warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through our services. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

11 Changes to these terms
