WHAT WE DO

Fleury Leadership provides advice to organizations at the intersection of standards, strategy, and power, where the rules of global trade, regulation, and competitiveness are written or implemented.

Standards strategy and competitiveness
We help businesses and governments understand how standards shape their markets, supply chains, and regulatory environments, and how to turn that knowledge into concrete impact and durable competitive advantage.

Governance and institutional transformation
We support international organizations, national standards bodies, and public institutions in redesigning their governance, strategy, policies and operational models to meet today's geopolitical and digital challenges.

Geopolitical and regulatory strategy
We provide advice on the understanding, development and use of standards as instruments of geopolitical influence, from US/China/EU regulatory competition to emerging technology governance and market access strategy.

WHY IT MATTERS

Standards and regulations are no longer a technical backwater. They are instruments of geopolitical power, tools of market access, and foundations of digital infrastructure. Organizations that understand this, and act on it, gain decisive advantages. Those that ignore it will cede ground to competitors and regulators who do not.

Nicolas Fleury writes about this at The Unstandardized.
